RUBY NAILS POLICIES

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We highly value all of our customers and nail technicians time. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. 

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

  • If you are more than 15 min late for your service, we will not be able to accommodate you. In this case, a no show fee amounting to the cost of the service will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

  • Cancellation/no show fees will be charged upon cancellation of the appointment. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

  • Upon booking your appointment your credit card information will be requested, you will not be charged at the time. All information is kept in a secure booking system.

COVID-19
  • At this time we are not requiring that clients or our staff wear a mask. We do ask that everyone regularly washes their hands while at the salon. 

If in the past 6 days you have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, shortness of breath, fever, loss of taste or smell), been in contact with anyone with these symptoms, or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 we kindly ask that you call to reschedule your appointment.
